Meet Jake, our Birthday Spokesman!

For Jake's Birthday, he asked for donations

from his friends that attended his party, to earn enough money

to adopt an elephant!  Jake also has an elephant coin jar,

which he fills up to save money for his elephant.  Jake's

birthday party even had an elephant theme!

A message from Jake's mom:

Thank you so much for sending the sweet stuffed elephant

as a birthday gift for Jake...We counted up our coins that

we collected from family and friends for Jake's birthday to

adopt Burra.  We ended up with $56.16!  Once the elephant

jar is empty, and the adoption has taken place, we will

start to slowly fill the jar again.
